Your starting pay and potential increases are based on specific criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in landscaping or related field
2. Skills: Proficiency with landscaping equipment and safety practices
3. Performance: Consistent project completion on or ahead of schedule
4. Leadership: Ability to coordinate small teams effectively
5. Adaptability: Demonstrating proficiency in multiple landscaping areas
6. Reliability: Maintaining a 98% or higher on-time arrival rate
