Our Landscape Service Process:

Once we have the design, we begin the process of applying that design to your property. Please note that we can take care of the design for you via our Landscape Design service.

The initial first step is demolition, if necessary. This involves the killing of existing weeds, removal of unwanted and dead plant material, and the removal of hardscape or irrigation.

Following that, our team performs any necessary grading to the site, including removing or adding soil and contouring the site to create the appropriate lay of the land. We do all this while paying very close attention to proper drainage.

Next, we install any and all hardscape. At this stage, our team pays close attention to installing all the necessary sleeves under the hardscape. This ensures that future irrigation, lighting, and miscellaneous electrical systems can be installed at a later date.

Then, we install all the underground irrigation pipe and wire. We bring in the large trees, palms, and large shrubs. This may involve the use of large machinery – depending on the job. We recommend completing all hardscape and large landscape plantings before installing smaller materials or lawn in order to prevent unnecessary damage.

Lastly, we hand-grade the areas for sod and install the sod. Mulch installation is the final step.

Generally, the entire process takes between a day to 2 weeks. It all depends on the size and type of project. Many of our bigger projects could go as long as 4 or 6 weeks. You can expect 2-4 of our trusted team members on your property during this time ensuring the job is done correctly and efficiently.

All planting of palm trees, perennials, ground cover, or any plant of 1 gallon container size or less are guaranteed for 90 days. All other plants are guaranteed for a period of 6 months. Sod is guaranteed through the initial establishment period when sod becomes rooted in. The irrigation system is guaranteed for 1 year.

PLEASE NOTE: Natural disasters and extreme conditions are not covered by our guarantee. Improper or inadequate maintenance procedures and incorrect water management also voids the guarantee.
