Our full service residential Landscape Maintenance includes Lawn Mowing, Weed Eating, Hand and Chemical Weed Removal, Irrigation System Monitoring, Monitoring for Disease and Pests, Trash and Debris Removal, Pavement Blowing, Bed Edging, Palmetto Tree Pruning, Shrub Pruning, Pre-Emergent with Fertilizer, Lawn Fertilization, and Granular Fertilization Shrub Application. If we discover disease or pests in the lawn, we immediately treat the issue with the appropriate chemicals. These additional fees are then included in your monthly bill.

Our Landscape Maintenance Service Process

2-5 workers will arrive on your property weekly to perform the services according to your landscape maintenance contract. Many of the services included are weekly or bi-weekly. As such, the time it takes varies and depends on the size of your property, the time of year, and what is needed to maintain the property at that time. We stay as long as it takes to complete all necessary tasks to ensure your property looks its best.

With our landscape maintenance, you will get all-inclusive mowing, edging, pruning, removal of debris, regular checking and treating of pests or disease, regular checking of irrigation, and more. Depending on your property size, a 60 inch Z-Turn or 22 inch push mower will be used to cut the grass. We further use string trimmers to trim the areas that the mower can’t reach. This creates a crisp line and a nicely finished look.

At the end of each service session, we clean off the porches and hard surfaces to keep your property clean and as we found it.

For contracts, including irrigation maintenance, we test the entire system in the spring to ensure everything is working as it should. After that, we rely on the landscape condition to let us know if anything isn’t running efficiently or effectively. We change watering schedules and zone duration as needed throughout the season. We make repairs as needed and then include it in your monthly bill.
