Our lawn care services are included as part of our comprehensive landscape maintenance packages. This means you get professional lawn mowing, weed eating, hand and chemical weed removal, pre-emergent and granular fertilizer applications, lawn fertilization, and monitoring for disease and pests — all bundled into one convenient service.
We don't offer standalone mowing or one-off lawn treatments. Instead, every lawn care client receives the full benefit of our maintenance program, which also includes irrigation monitoring, bed edging, shrub pruning, and seasonal cleanup. If we spot disease or pests in your lawn, we treat it immediately — no extra appointments needed.

What Our Lawn Care Includes
As part of your landscape maintenance contract, your lawn receives:
Weekly/Bi-Weekly Care: Professional mowing with commercial-grade equipment (60" Z-Turn or 22" push mower depending on property size), string trimming for clean edges, and blowing of hard surfaces.
Seasonal Treatments: Pre-emergent herbicide applications in spring, granular fertilizer throughout the growing season, and targeted weed control as needed.
Monitoring & Response: Regular inspection for disease, pests, and irrigation issues. If we find a problem, we treat it on the spot and include the cost in your monthly bill — no surprise charges or separate service calls.
Irrigation Management: Full system testing in spring, seasonal schedule adjustments, and repairs as needed throughout the year.
Our crews stay as long as it takes to complete all necessary tasks. At the end of each visit, we clean porches and hard surfaces to leave your property exactly as we found it.

STEP 2: We get back to you within 24 hours. We either set up an appointment to meet or we will look at your property and provide an estimate.

STEP 3: We meet or you accept the estimate. From there, we agree on the terms and sign a contract. Work begins as soon as possible after that (usually within a week).
